Enter the gite through patio doors from your own private east facing terrace. The terrace is equipped with Barbeque, table & chairs & sunbeds. On the ground floor there is a large living, kitchen, dining area equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge & tv. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Outside there is a shared 13.5m x 5m swimming pool, table tennis, boules, gardens and summer kitchen / barbecue area.
