We provide one set of bed linen and kitchen towels per week. Gîte rentals can start any day of the week.

To book your holiday, 25 % deposit of the full amount is required by international money order. Full payment is due on arrival, after visiting your accommodation.
If you have to cancel your holiday, 5 weeks before the arrival day,we will refund your deposit, less 30 €uros to cover administration-advertising costs.

If you have to cancel less than 5 weeks before your arrival day, the deposit is not refundable ,except if we are able to re-let the property, less 30 €uros to cover administration advertising costs.
Cancellations during the low season are refunded, less 15 euros to cover administration-advertising costs.
